1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under

Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiating contempt proceedings against respondent for not obeying the order dated 24.11.2023 (Annexure P-3) passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Amritsar, whereby the bank has been directed to release the amount in favour of decree-holder from the already attached account of Axis Bank.

2. The counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to raise appropriate prayers before the learned Additional District Judge, Amritsar where the matter is still

pending adjudication.

3. Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
