1. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondent No. 2 to consider the representation dated 02.12.2023 (Annexure P-6) vide which the petitioner made the request to stop the harassment at the hands of police and private respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the concerned quarter for redressal of the

grievance raised in the present petition in accordance with law.
