1 Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

praying for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 & 2 to transfer the investigation and take appropriate legal action against the culprits in case FIR No.189 dated 07.04.2023 registered under Section 346 IPC (later on added Sections 364/120-B/302/201 IPC and under Section 346 IPC has been deleted) at Police Station Hodal, District Palwal to other independent investigating agency.

2 Affidavit of Dr. Anshu Singla, IPS, Superintendent of Police, District Palwal has been filed. As per the same, it has been stated that a Special Investigating Team has been constituted vide order dated 30.10.2023. After conclusion of investigation, total 3 accused were arrested. Challan already stands filed against 2 persons and qua other 2 investigation is still pending and the same shall be concluded within a period of 8 weeks.

3 In view of the affidavit filed by Dr. Anshu Singla, IPS, Superintendent of Police, District Palwal and the statement made by learned

State counsel, this Court finds no reason to keep the present petition

pending.
