1. Mr. Dushant Jog, Advocate, for Mr. T.V.S. Lehal, Advocate,

has put in appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.5 to 8 and filed his vakalatnama, which is taken on record.

2. Learned State counsel has filed short reply by way of affidavit of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar, HPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Sadar, Gurugram, on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4 along with Annexures R-1 to R-4. The same is taken on record.

3. Learned State counsel submits that the matter already stands resolved and the petitioners are now living with their respective parents and now there is no threat perception to the petitioners.

4. In light of the above, without commenting upon the merits, the

present petition is disposed of subject to the submission made by learned

counsel for the State to be correct. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the competent authorities of the State, in case, any threat perception, as detailed out in the present petition, arises again in future, which shall be looked into in accordance with law.

5. Registry is directed to send a copy of the complete paper book to parents of the both the petitioners in order to apprise them about the act

and conduct of their children.
