Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not received instructions from his client.
Even otherwise, the policy under which the petitioner is claiming the benefit of regularization i.e. policy dated 18.06.2014, the same has already been set aside by this Court but the said issue is pending consideration before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, hence, the present petition is disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioner gets any right to claim regularization under the policy dated 18.06.2014 after the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP (C) No.31566 of 2018 titled as State of Haryana and others vs. Yogesh Tyagi and another, the petitioner will be at liberty to revive the present writ petition or to file a fresh petition for claiming the benefit as he is entitled for.
