1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under

Sections 11 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiating contempt proceedings against respondents for not obeying the order dated 16.08.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by this court in CWP-4461- 2023.

2. The counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file fresh one after decision of the SLP No.27201 of 2023 pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, if their

grievance is left unaddressed even after decision of the same.

3. Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
