1. A suit for specific performance of the agreement to sell was decreed on 22.08.2019 against the petitioner and in favour of the respondent- Mahaveer Singh.

2. In the execution petition, the Court below has dismissed the application filed by the petitioner (judgment debtor) to stay further proceedings in the execution petition on the ground that the appeal is pending.

3. The learned counsel representing the petitioner admits that the Appellate Court has not granted any interim protection.

4. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to interfere with the impugned order. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed.
