Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that there are certain

inadvertent mistakes in the petition filed in this case. Therefore, he seeks

permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh petition after

making necessary corrections in the particulars of orders and judgment and

decree referred in the petition.

Considering this fact, he is permitted to withdraw the present

civil revision with liberty to file fresh case and accordingly the civil

revision stands dismissed as withdrawn.
