The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for releasing petitioners on parole for a period of eight weeks in case FIR No.190, dated 20.11.2016 under Sections 307, 324, 323, 326, 201, 148 and 149 IPC, 1860 registered at P.S. Division No.5, Jalandhar.
