1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

has been exonerated in all the proceedings, which have been undertaken

against him including the judgment of the competent Court of law as well as

enquiry, which has been conducted by the respondents and the petitioner has

been found innocent hence, the petitioner intends to approach the

respondents with a prayer to reinstate him in service and respondents be

directed to consider the claim of the petitioner with open mind in a time

bound manner.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case any

claim/representation is filed by the petitioner raising the claim for reinstating

him in service, the same will be decided by the respondents by passing a

speaking order within a period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of any

such claim.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view

the statement of the learned counsel for the respondents, present petition

may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty

as prayed for.
