1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under

Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for issuance of contempt proceedings against the respondents for not obeying the order dated 08.04.2022 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Division Bench of this court in CWP-7582-2019.

2. The counsel for the respondent has submitted that the requisite amount has already been credited to the account of the petitioner.

3. The counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed the aforesaid fact.

4. In view of the above, the present petition does not survive any more.

5. Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
