1. Learned counsel for the petitioners very fairly submits that the

present petition is covered against the petitioners by a recent judgment of

this Court dated 08.11.2023 rendered in CWP-24010-2023 -- Union of India

and others vs. Vijay Kumar.

2. In the light of the above, the present petition is also dismissed

in terms of Vijay Kumar's case (supra).
