Learned counsel for the appellant stated that the legal heirs of

deceased appellant-Gurdev Kaur have satisfied the decree. She has placed

on record downloaded copy of the order dated 07.11.2023. This fact is also

confirmed by the learned counsel for respondent No.1. In view of this fact,

the learned counsel for the appellant stated that she does not want to

pursue the present RSA and withdraws the same as the judgment is

satisfied before the Executing Court.

In view of this statement, the present regular second appeal

stands dismissed as withdrawn.
