Upon being pointedly asked, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance to the order dated May 29, 2023, passed by the Coordinate Bench, in CWP-11014-2023 (Hem Lata Vs. Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran and another), the petitioner has deposited the requisite amount. Therefore, he submits that the petition at hand, being squarely covered by an order and judgment dated November 06, 2023, passed by this Court in CWP-24938-2023 (Jai Parkash Sharma and others Vs. State of Haryana and others) be disposed of, in the same terms.

Served with the advance copy of the petition, Mr. Deepak Sabherwal, Advocate, for the respondent-HSVP, is present in Court. He submits that in case the petitioner has, indeed, deposited the amount, in terms of the order dated May 29, 2023, let this petition be disposed of, in terms of the order passed in Jai Parkash Sharma (ibid).

The petition is accordingly disposed of, in terms of the statements made by learned counsel for the parties.
