This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.1-Commission to consider the petitioner in general category for the post of PGT Computer Science in Secondary Education Department Haryana for Rest of Haryana Cadre vide advertisement No.26 of 2023, dated 24.06.2023 (Annexure P-1) and for Mewat Cadre vide advertisement No.36 of 2023, dated 24.06.2023 (Annexure P-2), and to decide his pending representation dated 11.08.2023 (Annexure P-5).

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied in case respondent No.1 is directed to decide

his pending representation, dated 11.08.2023 (Annexure P-5), within

specified time.

4. Mr. Kanwal Goyal, appearing on advance notice on behalf of

respondent No.1-Commission, submits that the pending representation dated
