Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only interest part is left out. He prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to contest the interest.
