This petition has been filed seeking directions to the official respondents for investigating the case FIR No.0610 dated 05.07.2022 under Sections 323, 452, 497, 506 of IPC registered at Police Station Camp Palwal District Palwal (Annexure P-1), through an independent agency or a Senior Police Officer.

Notice of motion was issued on 18.10.2022 but due to non-depoist of process fee, private respondents could not be served.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Surinder Rathi, submits that during the pendency of the petition, challan was presented and charges have been framed.

In view of statement made by the counsel for the State and order proposed to be passed, service of private respondents is not

necessary at this stage.

In view of the fact that the investigation is complete, challan has been presented and charges have been framed, no further interference is called for in this petition.
