1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved of proceedings under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 being undertaken by the respondent-Bank.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition is rendered infructuous as the matter during pendency of this writ petition has been settled with the respondent-Bank and it is only a sum of Rs.40,000/- which remains due to be paid. Petitioner undertakes to deposit the said amount within next one week.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank affirms and verifies the
above said fact.
4. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
5. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
