1. Prayer in this writ petition is for directing respondent to decide

representation of the petitioner dated 20.01.2023 (Annexure P-8) for regularization of his loan account. Further prayer is addressed for stay of operation of notice dated 24.08.2021 (Annexure P-1) under Section 13 (2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short 'SARFAESI Act'), notice dated 17.02.2022 (Annexure P-2) and notice dated 30.09.2022 (Annexure P-3) issued by the respondent under Section 13 (4) of the SARFAESI Act.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of subsequent settlement/regularization of his loan account and withdrawal of matter under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, this writ

petition is rendered infructuous.

3. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.

4. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
