1. Learned counsel for the parties submits that the claim in the

present petition is for regularization of the services of the petitioner under

2014 Policy.

2. Learned State counsel submits that the said policy has already

been set aside by this Court while passing order in CWP No.17206 of 2014

titled as Yogesh Tyagi and another vs. State of Haryana and others on

31.05.2018, though the said judgment is pending adjudication before the

Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone

through the record with their able assistance.

4. Keeping in view the fact that the 2014 Policy on the basis of

which the regularization is being sought by the petitioner, has already been

set aside and as of now, the dispute is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme

Court of India, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that in

case after the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, any right

accrues in favour of the petitioner to seek regularization, the petitioner will

be free to avail remedy including filing of the fresh petition or by reviving

the present petition.
