1. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure for taking action against the petitioner in FIR No.189, dated
02.09.2017, registered under Sections 420, 465, 468, 478 and 120-B IPC at Police
Station Gobindgarh Mandi, District Fatehgarh Sahib.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that private respondents
have been found guilty in the inquiry conducted by the SIT, in view of which, the
present petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. Ordered accordingly.
