Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of

Criminal Procedure (for short "Cr.P.C") for grant of bail pending trial in FIR

No. 114 dated 08.10.2021 registered under Sections 379-B(2), 148, 201, 392,

394, 395 read with Section 149 IPC at Police Station Lohian, District Jalandhar.

Learned State counsel has produced copy of judgment dated

12.07.2023 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar whereby petitioner

has been acquitted of the charges.

In view of the above, present petition is disposed off as having

been rendered infructuous.
