Learned counsel, in compliance of order dated 17.12.2018,
has placed on record the judgment and order dated 26.11.2018 in FIR
No.233 of 20.12.2014 registered under Section 18 of the NDPS Act at
Police Station Sadar, Jagraon. He submits that since the accused stands
acquitted, nothing survives in the instant petition and the same may be
disposed of as such.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the
State, the present petition stands dismissed as having been rendered
infructuous.
