1. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of

Criminal Procedure for quashing of impugned order dated 06.04.2023 (Annexure

P-4) passed by the learned Special Court, Sangrur in FIR No.160, dated

07.07.2022, under Sections 21, 29, 61 and 85 of the NDPS Act, 1985 at Police

Station City-1, Malerkotla, District Malerkotla (Annexure P-1).

2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner prays

for withdrawal of the present petition.

3. Ordered accordingly.
