1. Prayer in this writ petition is for quashing notice dated

22.07.2021 (Annexure P-1), issued by respondent-Bank under Section 13 (2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short 'SARFAESI Act'), notice dated 19.10.2021 (Annexure P-2) under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act and order dated 10.01.2022 (Annexure P-3) under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act passed by respondent No.2-District Magistrate, Jind.

2. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that this writ petition is rendered infructuous as the matter has been settled and No Due Certificate has been issued to the petitioner.

3. Keeping in view the statement made by learned counsel for respondent No.3, we find no justification for continuance of these proceedings.

4. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. However, liberty is afforded to the petitioner to file appropriate application within four

weeks, in case any incorrect facts have been placed before this Court.

5. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of as well.
