1. Prayer in this writ petition is to quash order dated 04.10.2018

(Annexure P-7) whereby respondent No.1 has declined the application under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and

Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and advised the petitioner to join

proceedings before the Civil Court.

2. Learned counsel for respondent-State on instructions from Mr. Paramjit Singh Brar, Tehsildar, Kotkapura submits that order for taking

possession of the secured asset had been passed and possession of the secured

asset is slated to be taken on 22.08.2023.

3. In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks

permission to withdraw this writ petition, at this stage.
