2. It is not even in dispute that the case pertains to the sale of

some shops, the sale consideration of which was deposited in the account

of the company where the petitioner is Director. The company is stated to

be not even the owner of the shop. Despite that, the money was received

in the account of the company. The police have filed the challan against

the accused, including the present petitioner. Even the charges have been

facie case against the petitioner or that the contents of the FIR do not

disclose any offence against the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Court does not find any ground to

interfere in the matter. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed.
