The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.286 dated 07.11.2022 under Sections 21-C and 29 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Special Task Force, SAS Nagar Mohali.
As the petitioner is a habitual offender, this Court do not wish to grant him the concession of regular bail.
