1. Prayer in this writ petition is for directing respondent-Bank to

sell some portion of agricultural land of the petitioner lying mortgaged with the bank to clear the loan amount of Rs.13,90,000/- along with interest or in the alternative to decide representation dated 08.07.2021 (Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioner, by passing a speaking order.

2. At request of learned counsel for the parties, the matter was placed before Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. As per report dated 14.07.2023, the matter has been settled between the parties. Settlement agreement dated 14.07.2023 is attached with this file.

3. In view of settlement arrived at between the parties, learned

counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition.
