passed by the National Lok Adalat in the above noted case(s), the case number should be XOBJC-9-CII-2013 instead of XOBJC-9-C2-2013 and title of the case should be Rakesh Kumar vs. Ram Phal & Ors. instead of Rakesh Kumar vs. Ram Pal and Ors.

In view of the above, XOBJC-9-C2-2013 as mentioned in the aforesaid order dated 13.05.2023 is ordered to be read as XOBJC-9-CII-2013 instead of XOBJC-9-C2-2013 and title of the case should be read as Rakesh Kumar vs. Ram Phal & Ors. instead of Rakesh Kumar vs. Ram Pal and Ors.
