1. Apprehending threat for their lives, the pe oners claiming to have married

had come up before this Court by filing the present pe on wayback on 24.02.2020.

2. Counsel for the pe oners submits that although the period of more than 03

years and 06 months has passed but the pe oners have not contacted him and they have

also not communicated about any threat percep ons, as such, he wants to withdraw the

present pe on.

3. Given above, the present pe on stands disposed of having been

withdrawn. All pending miscellaneous applica ons, if any, stand disposed of. Interim orders

dated 26.02.2020, 28.06.2021 and all subsequent related orders are recalled.
