1. Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing

of order dated 16.04.2015, Annexure P-12 passed by the JMIC, Kurukshetra

dismissing the application filed for the petitioner in FIR No. 0056 dated 16.03.2015

registered under Sections 103 and 104 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 at Police Station

Ladwa, District Kurukshetra.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has

been rendered infructuous in view of the fact that the petitioner stands acquitted vide

judgment dated 12.07.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class,

Kurukshetra and an appeal against acquittal has already been filed.

3. Ordered accordingly.
