This is a revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for setting aside the impugned order dated 18.03.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jhajjar, whereby the respondent/plaintiff has been granted permission for harvesting the crops of the petitioners/defendants with the police help, with certain other prayers made in the present petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to avail any other

alternate remedy, but in accordance with law.
