Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR No. 30 dated 28.01.2023 has been registered at Police Station Chand Hut, District Palwal under Sections 323, 34, 506 IPC but the same is not being investigated properly. Infact, all the offences alleged to have been committed have not been included in the FIR. Thus, representation dated 07.02.2023 (Annexure P-2) has been submitted before respondent No. 3 but no action has been taken thereupon till date.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Deepak Grewal, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and waives service.

Considering the nature of the order being passed, there is no necessity to file reply.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3 to decide the pending representation dated 07.02.2023 (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law and by passing a speaking order within eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
