The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No. 151 dated
14.09.2022 registered at Police Station Sadar Khanna, District Ludhiana under Sections 341, 323, 279, 506, 148 and 149 IPC on the basis of compromise dated 20.12.2022 (Annexure P-2).
Pursuant to order dated 27.02.2023, report dated 13.04.2023 has been received from Judicial Magistrate 1* Class, Khanna. According to this report, statements of the parties have been recorded and that the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at without any threat or coercion.
In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the FIR No. 151 dated 14.09.2022 registered at Police Station Sadar Khanna, District Ludhiana under Sections 341, 323, 279, 506, 148 and 149 IPC and _ all the consequential
proceedings having arisen therefrom are hereby quashed qua the petitioners.
