Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of a writ in the

nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the higher

qualification in same line for the posts of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)

Mathematics in terms of Advt. No.02/2023 dated 21.02.2023, under Cat.

No.13, in view of the Instructions dated 25.03.2016 and further directing the

respondents to allow the petitioner to participate in the selection process.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the issue

involved in the present case is similar to the one contained in CWP-5864-

2023 titled as 'Annu Vs. State of Haryana and others', which has already

been dismissed by this Court vide a detailed order dated 21.03.2023 and prays

for dismissal of the present petition in the same terms.

It may be noticed that earlier, the 'cut off' date for submission of

application forms, as against advertisement No.02/2023 dated 21.02.2023 was

15.03.2023. Thereafter, the respondents has extended the same uptil

20.03.2023. However, the present petition has been filed and has come up for

hearing before this Court, after the said 'cut off' date. This Court in CWP-

5864-2023 titled as 'Annu Vs. State of Haryana and others', has dismissed the

writ petition holding that the 'cut off' date cannot be extended by the Court.

In view of the judgment of this Court in Annu's case (supra), the

present petition is dismissed.
