Vide this pe on, the pe oner seeks quashing of FIR. However, a er that
the charges were framed and the same has also been challenged by the pe oner in CRR-
1629-2021.
Given above, the prayer for quashing of FIR has merged with the criminal
revision pe on and it shall be considered in the said case.
The present pe on stands disposed of. It is clarified that disposal of the
present pe on shall not come in the way while deciding the revision pe on i.e. CRR-
1629-2021. All pending miscellaneous applica ons, if any, stand disposed of.
