There is no representation of the petitioner despite the case

being called for the second time after giving a pass over. Similar was the

position on the last date of hearing when it was observed that if nobody

appeared for the petitioner on the adjourned date then the revision

petition would be liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

Under the circumstances, the revision petition is dismissed

for non-prosecution.
