After arguing for some time learned counsel for the petitioner

states that he be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition granting

him liberty to raise objections with regard to admissibility of the document

and its mode of proof before the trial Court at appropriate time.

Permission is granted. The revision petition is dismissed as

withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
