Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner
submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with
liberty to file afresh to the authorities concerned particularly as the condition
of the petitioner's mother has worsened.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is
disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. Needless to
mention, the petitioner would be at liberty to file all such documents
indicating the current medical condition of his mother. In case, any such
application is filed, the authorities concerned shall dispose of the same
finally within a period of 3 weeks.
