The present petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 256 dated 30.11.2022, registered under Sections 387, 506, 120-B IPC at Police Station City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sakatar Singh submits that pursuant to order dated 13.02.2023, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is cooperating therewith.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted vide order dated 13.02.2023, is hereby made absolute subject to

compliance of conditions enshrined under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. by the petitioner.
