In para No.4 of affidavit of the Chief Engineer/Head Quarter and Dispute Resolution, Water Resources Department, Punjab, it is stated that vide order dated 04.08.2020 passed in SLP No.9259-9267 of 2020, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has stayed operation of the judgment dated 16.10.2019 passed by this Court.

In view of the above, present petition is rendered as infructuous. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an application for revival of this petition, after decision of aforesaid SLP.
