At the outset, learned counsel for the State on instructions
from ASI Sher Singh, submits that all the prosecution witnesses have
been examined and the trial is likely to be concluded very soon.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be
permitted to withdraw the instant petition and prays that the trial Court
may be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as
withdrawn. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously,
but preferably within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of
certified copy of this order.
