Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the

Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for

quashing action of the respondent-commission for declaring the petitioner

ineligible verbally at the time of document verification held on 14.01.2020

or the post of Clerk against the advertisement dated 20.06.2019 for want of

Sports Gradation Certificate as per the new sports policy dated 25.05.2018

and 15.11.2018, Annexures P-13 and P-14, respectively.

In view of the judgment dated 09.10.2020 passed by a Division

Bench of this Court in LPA-1332-2019, against which SLPs have been

dismissed, counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition has become

infructuous.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
