Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the

Constitution of India inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of

mandamus directing the respondent-Department to issue Sports Gradation

Certificate under appropriate grade to the petitioner as per policy dated

30.11.1993, Annexure P-3.

In view of the judgment dated 09.10.2020 passed by a Division

Bench of this Court in LPA-1332-2019, against which SLPs have been

dismissed, counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition has become

infructuous.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
