Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., is for
grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0070, dated 20.03.2020,
registered under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic
Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Bhawanigarh, District
Sangrur.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for
withdrawal of the present petition on the ground that the trial has already
concluded and the petitioner has been convicted in this case.
In view of the above submission made by learned counsel for
the petitioner, present petition is dismissed as having been rendered
infructuous.
