The appellant has assailed the judgment dated 06.02.2017

passed by the learned trial Court vide which the complaint under Section

138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act instituted by the petitioner against the

respondent has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the appellant contends that the dispute has

been amicably settled between the parties and he has instructions to

withdraw the present appeal.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
