At this stage, learned Amicus Curiae has given a statement that

in the present revision petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated

18.11.2020, passed by the Court below on an application for review of the

judgment and decree dated 05.10.2016.

Learned Amicus Curiae further submits that since the petitioner

has already filed an appeal to challenge the judgment and decree dated

05.10.2016, at this stage, the petitioner does not want to pursue with the

present revision petition and seeks permission of the court to withdraw the

same.

In view of the submission, so made, the present revision

petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
