The petitioner is seeking quashing of the order dated

08.04.2021 (Annexure P-5) passed by the Court of learned Additional

Sessions Judge, Narnaul.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Rajinder,

assisted by learned counsel appearing for respondents No.2, 3, 5, 6 & 7,

at the outset, submits that the instant petition has been rendered

infructuous as trial has since concluded and 3 out of the 6 accused stand

convicted vide judgment and order dated 25.03.2022.

Dismissed as infructuous.
