This petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents No.2 to 5 to protect life and liberty of the petitioner and restrain the private respondents No.6 to 10 from harassing or interfering in her peaceful life.

2. Learned State counsel, upon instructions from Inspector Samarjeet, submits that respondent No.6/petitioner's husband, has, in fact, lodged an FIR dated 26.03.2023, alleging that the petitioner left the home on 20.03.2023. The matter is being investigated. On receiving the petitioner's complaint dated 27.02.2023 (Annexure P-1), she was called by the concerned Station House Officer/respondent No.5 on her mobile phone, which was switched off. A notice was pasted at her address requiring her presence in the police station so that complaint filed by her can be enquired into. It is further submitted that all the parties, i.e., the petitioner as well as the private respondents have been called to the police station on 13.04.2023

to enquire into the complaint.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall join the investigation, and remain present in the police station on 13.04.2023.

4. In view thereof, there is no need to issue the direction sought by

the petitioner, and the petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
